Position: Senior Consultant in Financial Diligence EY
Join EY’s industry-leading Financial Diligence team as a Senior Consultant. Use your analytical skills to assist clients in strategic financial transactions, driving accuracy and insight.

This role within the EY-Parthenon practice involves providing essential financial diligence services, including transaction management and negotiation support. You will analyze target financials, engage with stakeholders to challenge assumptions, and play a vital role in structuring successful deals that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence for strategic financial transactions

• Analyze accounting records and financial results thoroughly

• Identify valuation-related GAAP issues for targets

• Evaluate effects of seasonal factors on cash flow

• Prepare financial documentation and reports for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Master’s preferred

• CPA or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong Excel skills with knowledge of data visualization tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to adapt and travel across Canada and the US
