As a trainee, your responsibilities will include helping customers navigate through banking solutions and exploring digital tools. You'll work closely with the team to improve service practices while managing transactions and resolving issues to enhance customer confidence in banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with day-to-day banking inquiries

Requirements:
• High School diploma plus 1+ years experience
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and banking software
• Strong knowledge of banking solutions
• Excellent organization and planning skills
