Listings Compliance Analyst – CSE

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate compliance of event-based company disclosures

• Summarize compliance findings effectively

• Recommend changes to procedures and policies

• Assist in handling investor inquiries and complaints

• Develop departmental reports and communications

Requirements:

• Canadian Securities Course completion required

• Extensive experience in securities law and compliance

• Corporate finance background is a must

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Self-starter capable of working with minimal oversight
