Position: Controller for Food Manufacturing Company
Join a leading food manufacturing company as their Controller, overseeing financial operations across multiple plants. Thrive in a strategic role, partnering with plant leaders to drive operational insights and financial analysis.

This position is crucial for a successful multi-site operation, managing financial reporting, EBITDA analysis, and variance assessments. The Controller will work closely with Plant Managers, offering insights and business recommendations to enhance profitability. This highly collaborative role also includes leading the accounting team and ensuring operational excellence across all financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close and financial reporting processes

• Conduct margin and variance analysis for operational insights

• Provide financial support to Plant Managers and Operations leaders

• Present financial results to senior leadership, including the CEO

• Oversee internal controls and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration

• CMA/CGA/CA/CPA designation with 10+ years of experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally food processing

• Leadership skills and team development experience

• Knowledge of ASPE with contollership experience
