Your work will include developing technical models and coordinating deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in analyzing M&A opportunities

• Develop and manage project plans

• Conduct sustainability of EBITDA and risk assessments

• Create financial projections and models

• Research market trends and competitive performance indicators

Requirements:

• Required CPA designation

• 3 years of relevant professional services experience

• Solid background in financial statement analysis

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP

• Strong technical accounting skills
