Join IMCO as a Senior Associate, Tax, and navigate the complexities of Canadian and U.S. tax systems in downtown Toronto. This role supports impactful compliance and reporting duties.

In the Senior Associate, Tax position at IMCO, you'll contribute significantly to tax obligations for a fast-growing firm. You’ll prepare income tax returns, analyze GST/HST discrepancies, and lead initiatives to enhance tax workflow efficiency. Collaborate with a dedicated team while working in a hybrid setting and gain insights beyond core compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Canadian income tax returns and filings

• Prepare and analyze GST/HST monthly submissions

• Coordinate U.S. tax obligations with external advisors

• Handle KYC and regulatory inquiries efficiently

• Develop improvements in tax processes and controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• CPA in progress or achieved

• Three years of relevant tax experience

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles

• Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt
