The team works with private equity investors throughout the deal transaction lifecycle: from opportunity identification through due diligence and post-transaction value realization. The Role and Responsibilities

The team are looking for experienced professionals who are already working in or are interested in focusing on the industrials industry, serving private equity clients.

Clients hire Oliver Wyman for specialized expertise, the ideal candidate will have most of the following:

Senior Consultants executes work stream(s) from start to finish, including structuring and solving problems, synthesizing and communicating insights / recommendations and work planning. Develops research and analysis plans for themselves and more junior consultants, selecting appropriate paths and identify key hypotheses.

They often directs the work of one or more junior consultants, and starts to become the ‘go-to’ person for the client on specific topics, shifting focus towards people and client management.

Associates break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. You will effectively plan and execute analysis as well as identify the core issues in complex analyses in order to be able to craft suitable recommendations. You’ll work side by side with clients and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done.
