Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee capital calls, notices, and cash transactions

• Manage carried interest reporting with the HR department

• Generate accurate financial statements and reports

• Support audits and tax compliance activities

• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience

• Familiarity with US GAAP and partnership taxation

• Strong financial systems skills, including automation tools

• Solid organizational and communication abilities
