** Job Description
** The Finance and Accounting Transformation Associate Program is a 30-month rotational program designed to develop future-ready Finance professionals with both strong financial acumen and technical expertise.

This is a NEW Rotational program in alignment with TD's priorities to transform and simplify processes.

This program is intentionally built at the intersection of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), data, analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and technology transformation. Associates will gain hands-on experience and training delivering core Finance responsibilities while also contributing to the evolution of Finance through automation, analytics, and system innovation.

We are looking for individuals who are curious and intellectually driven, strong problem-solvers, and motivated to challenge the status quo and improve how Finance operates.
