** You'll work under the direction of a senior officer and with other experienced professionals, helping to generate ideas, advise clients and execute transactions.
** Job Description
**** How You Will Contribute:
*** Research and analyze clients' financial situations, industry and market data, identify, research and analyze mergers and acquisition opportunities;
* Develop valuation models of individual private and public companies, as well as merged entities;
* Assist with client negotiations and documentation;
* Prepare external client proposals and internal underwriting memos;
* Prepare and contribute to the delivery of client presentations;
* Aid senior team members with idea generation;
* Manage and review the work of analysts; and,
* Develop internal relationships in order to leverage products and services provided by TDBG.
** Job Requirements

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelors Degree required
* Current or prior experience in Investment Banking (1-3 years) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
* Have a combination of strong financial/analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and be adept at financial modeling and valuation; and,
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Willingness to complete licensing requirements (FINRA SIE, Series 79)
