*** Origination of Investment Opportunities (60%):
* Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities.
* Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline.
* Deal Execution Support (20%):
* Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis.
* Business Development (20%):
* Travel to meet and engage with businesses across Europe.
* Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry.

*** Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Company valuation methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
* An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Strong passion for the software and investment sectors.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
