We are looking for a Private Equity Associate to contribute to our investments team in Toronto. This role entails conducting research and valuation analysis of industry sectors and private companies. You will collaborate with experienced investment professionals to prepare financial models, due diligence, and assess investment risks and merits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis of industry sectors

• Prepare valuation analysis for potential investments

• Develop financial models and industry overviews

• Assess company performance and management quality

• Monitor financial aspects of portfolio investments

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic standing

• CFA enrollment and/or CA is a plus

• Strong investment and valuation analysis knowledge

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
