Position: Project Accountant for DesignAgency

In this key role, you will report to the Director of Finance and ensure efficient financial operations across various projects. Your expertise will improve our rapidly growing Finance Team while managing high volumes of invoices and reports. Candidates with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly invoices based on project completions

• Implement AR collections process and manage follow-ups

• Assist in monthly financial reporting with KPI analysis

• Maintain and update the Project Command Centre in Ajera

• Collaborate in monthly project billing calls and financial reviews

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience in professional services

• Certificate in Accounting or equivalent preferred

• Proficient with Deltek/Ajera and Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage confidential information
