Position: Manager, FP&A for Strategic Insights

This role is vital in enhancing Home Equity Bank’s financial performance. Collaborating closely with the Director of FP&A and the Executive team, you will oversee the development of budgets, perform financial analyses, and foster strategic decision-making across the bank. Experienced candidates in banking and regulatory frameworks will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct coordination of the annual budgeting process

• Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting support

• Develop executive and Board-level financial presentations

• Maintain long-term financial models, including projections

• Assess financial viability and business performance initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field

• CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred, not required

• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive and financial software tools

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis within finance
