In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part within the Diligence Management team, managing the fund due diligence process for Brookfield’s private equity funds. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including Client Relationship Managers and Investor Relations, to ensure a seamless diligence experience for prospective investors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage due diligence materials for fundraising
• Collaborate with the investor relations team for request responses
• Plan investor interactions during the due diligence process
• Design tailored diligence plans with clients and CRMs
• Produce initial diligence documentation prior to fund launches
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant discipline
• 4+ years in private equity fund marketing or client services
• Strong project management skills with a global focus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Attention to detail in written materials and data
