Finance Manager for ARR Forecasting

This full-time position requires a finance expert to lead ARR forecasting initiatives and enhance the Anaplan roadmap. Collaborate with Sales Finance, FP&A, and other teams to improve forecast accuracy and streamline reporting. This role emphasizes advanced financial modeling and building insightful dashboards and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own ARR forecasting to drive insights for leadership

• Lead automation and workflow enhancements for reporting

• Support Anaplan model improvements and process changes

• Create dashboards and reports explaining key business drivers

• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Sales Finance teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or STEM; MBA or CPA preferred

• 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, or consulting roles

• Advanced skills in financial modeling for ARR businesses

• Experience with reporting tools like Anaplan and Power BI

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
