Investments Analyst - Financial Modeling Expert

In this role, you'll support potential acquisitions and dispositions across Canada, while honing your skills in financial analysis and project management. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed NOI, IRR, and Yield analyses

• Underwrite and build financial models for transactions

• Analyze due diligence materials and financial models

• Create Investment and Disposition Proposals as directed

• Ensure timely completion of due diligence processes

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate

• 0-1 year of relevant experience in transaction advisory

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Excellent oral and written communication
