Key Responsibilities:

• Support evaluation of mortgage investment opportunities

• Conduct due diligence on credit worthiness of clients

• Draft essential Investment Committee documentation

• Facilitate site inspections and due diligence processes

• Assist in post-closing portfolio management and reporting

Requirements:

• Maximum 4 years of experience in related fields

• Proven ability to perform financial analyses and modeling

• Familiarity with commercial real estate software preferred

• Undergraduate degree in finance or related disciplines

• Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
