With at least three years of invoicing experience, you will handle invoicing tasks, including the creation and distribution of PDFs, while managing trade dedications and promotion contracts. Excellent organizational skills are essential as you navigate customer portals and virtual mailboxes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create invoices in Excel and convert them to PDF format

• Download claims and manage contracts in customer portals

• Handle invoices for non-portal customers via virtual mailboxes

• Communicate with BDMs for any missing promotional contracts

• Ensure accuracy in trade deductions and promotions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in invoicing

• Experience with trade management practices

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area
