The Opportunity    We are seeking a seasoned and values-driven Finance Director to serve as a key member of our finance leadership team and a genuine partner to the CFO.
This is not a conventional Finance Director role. Vencora is at an inflection point — scaling acquisition velocity and building the financial architecture to support a business that compounds value across decades. The right person will bring the rigour of a world-class finance leader and the curiosity and conviction of a true business builder.
The Finance Director will be a steward of financial integrity and a champion of the belief that financial discipline and human potential are not in tension — they are complementary. What We're Looking For    Experience & Qualifications    Proven Finance Director or equivalent senior financial leadership experience in a complex, multi-entity, acquisitive organization.  Strong background in M&A, capital allocation and transaction execution.  Deep technical expertise in accounting, financial reporting and internal controls (CPA, CA or equivalent strongly preferred).  Experience in software, technology or asset-light businesses with recurring revenue models.  Comfortable operating within a decentralized model while enforcing high standards of financial discipline.

* Position Overview:

As a senior member of the Portfolio finance team, you will play a key role in the oversight and integration of a number of international Business Units, providing insight and expertise to improve business performance, demonstrating strong leadership to the finance teams, and have overall responsibility for the financial reporting for the entire Portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:  
• Support the short and long-term strategic financial objectives of the Portfolio with financial information and operational insights, focusing on top down and Portfolio level initiatives, intervening where appropriate.  
• Ensure on time and accurate delivery of financial results to Parent Co and act as the main point of contact for the financial function at the Portfolio.  
• Integration of new businesses and supporting with training and onboarding of new management and finance teams. This is a very key aspect of the role, and the expectation that this is very hands-on.  
• Lead the Financial Reporting & Analysis function at the Portfolio level, accumulating and presenting business performance in an accurate and timely manner to internal and external stakeholders.  
• Help to co-ordinate both external and internal audit processes.  
• Identify strong-performing businesses and gather operational insights which can be shared across the Portfolio.
