This managerial position involves collaborating closely with Senior Directors to oversee pension administration and core actuarial services. You will oversee actuarial calculations, provide guidance, and mentor your team of Analysts and Interns. The role emphasizes effective execution of operational and analytical tasks while ensuring compliance with governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex pension calculations and actuarial analysis
• Develop and maintain actuarial administration tools
• Lead pension administration oversight and governance
• Contribute to funding analysis and risk management
• Mentor and support team members in their development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science or Mathematics
• ASA/ACIA certification; FSA/FCIA progress preferred
• 6 to 9 years of pension actuarial experience
• Expertise with actuarial valuation software
• Strong MS Excel proficiency and teamwork skills
