  • You’re completing an undergraduate or master’s degree by January 2027, or you are a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and have developed a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

Placement in a Scotia Mc Leod  office to work with wealth teams to gain relevant and practical experience, complementary training, and support to help prepare you to attain licensing requirements associated with transitioning into a Wealth Management Advisory role.

Ongoing support during the Program through various touch points with the Program Lead, Total Wealth Planning leaders, and your local Manager.
