Position: Business Partner for Finance Performance
Drive financial insights and performance as a Business Partner in this 4-month contract. Provide comprehensive FP&A support and P&L ownership, influencing business leaders effectively.

We seek a finance professional with 3-6 years of experience in FP&A or management accounting. In this role, you will partner closely with business unit leaders to enhance financial analysis and reporting. Your expertise will help in budgeting, scenario planning, and monitoring key performance indicators. Additionally, you'll play a role in the month-end close and continuous improvements in reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver financial analysis and variance reporting to business leaders

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process

• Create financial models to facilitate business decisions

• Transform complex data into clear insights for stakeholders

• Ensure accurate monitoring of KPIs against budget forecasts

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in finance, ideally within FP&A

• Advanced Excel competency; familiarity with ERP systems a plus

• CPA designation (or progress towards) is preferred

• Strong stakeholder management abilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
