Position: Financial Analyst on Debt Finance Team
Join King Sett Capital as a Financial Analyst on the Toronto debt finance team. This role needs ownership, integrity, and a solutions-oriented mindset to manage cash and debt effectively.

As a Financial Analyst reporting to the Finance Manager, you will oversee daily cash and debt requirements. Your expertise in Excel and familiarity with accounting principles will support tasks like fund loan processing and treasury reporting. You’ll provide valuable insights through variance analysis and assist with financial statements and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash and debt requirements efficiently

• Fund loans and ensure accuracy in discharges

• Update treasury reports for management's decision making

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for corporate accounts

• Prepare and communicate monthly debt covenants

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or business commerce

• 1-2 years of accounting experience

• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Word and Power Point

• Experience with Yardi software is a plus

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
