• Act as the central figure within FP&A for detailed non‑interest expense reporting, budgeting, tracking, and variance analysis.
• Maintain and develop dashboards on expenses and other key metrics in Tableau.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance team members to create project investment theses and analyze the financial impact of new initiatives or strategic business decisions.
• Create reports in Tableau, PowerPoint, and other tools for Executive consumption.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and reporting cycles.

Certifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, and pursuing or obtained a professional designation (CPA or CFA).

Years and Range of Experience Required to Perform the Job:

• Typically 2+ years of previous working experience in finance, reporting, or accounting. Prior experience in financial services is an asset.
• Advanced Excel user and experience working with reporting and planning tools including Adaptive Insights and Tableau.
• Strong communicator, able to present technical topics clearly.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with and analyzing large data sets.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
