In this role, you will lead accounting operations, manage cash flow reporting, and collaborate with project managers to enhance financial performance. Your insight will play a key role in improving processes and ensuring compliance within a productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AP, AR, and cash flow management processes

• Manage job costing and project profitability analysis

• Prepare financial packages for Board meetings

• Improve accounting processes and ERP systems

• Lead teams and mentor staff for financial excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in finance/accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and CPA required

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills

• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Experience with consolidated financial reporting preferred
