Position: Member Services Representative Role
Join the Law Society of Ontario as a Membership Services Representative, focusing on delivering accurate and timely client support. Contribute to financial operations and membership inquiries.

In this role, you will execute a range of membership services while enhancing client satisfaction through efficient service delivery. Ideal for individuals with strong customer service backgrounds in finance, you'll work collaboratively to ensure accurate data management and compliance with our internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide billing and status change services to members

• Process financial transactions and ensure compliance with controls

• Ensure accuracy of member information through collaboration

• Mentor team members and support workload during busy times

• Engage in initiatives aimed at improving service processes

Requirements:

• 2-year college degree in Business, Accounting, or related

• 2 years of client service experience, preferably in finance

• Solid understanding of Law Society rules and regulations

• Skills in Microsoft Office, CRM, and effective communication

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
