Position: Business Compliance Officer Role
Become a Business Compliance Officer at PC Bank, a critical part of regulatory management. Engage with business units to ensure compliance with applicable laws, driving the bank's compliance strategy forward.

This role focuses on the management of PC Bank's Regulatory Compliance Management System (RCMS). You will be responsible for monitoring compliance levels, identifying non-compliance, and facilitating training sessions for key stakeholders. Your expertise in risk management and familiarity with regulations will be essential in improving the organization’s compliance culture and ensuring ethical banking practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the RCMS effectively.

• Participate in BCO oversight to detect non-compliance issues.

• Advise on compliance improvements and training.

• Provide compliance reports to risk management committees.

• Support the eGRC System’s functionality in compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in regulatory compliance.

• Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing.

• Knowledge of assorted eGRC systems.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong integrity and relationship-building skills.
