This managerial role focuses on optimizing financial processes and delivering high-quality finance transformation consultancy. You will assess and redesign financial operations, implement process automation, and lead engaging workshops with finance leaders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tech-enabled projects and develop compelling deliverables for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver business-led, technology-enabled finance consulting services
• Lead workshops with finance leaders and stakeholders
• Oversee finance ERP implementations and transformation strategies
• Design finance visions and operating models
• Enhance finance processes through assessment and re-engineering
Requirements:
• 4-7 years of consulting or audit experience
• Professional finance experience preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) an asset
• Expertise in finance strategy and operating model design
• Strong project management and leadership skills
