* Job Description:

** Seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to support delivery of strategic initiatives across
** Futures Clearing and Global Fixed Income (GFI) product portfolios**. The role will drive requirements, stakeholder alignment, and solution design for complex, front-to-back initiatives spanning trading, risk, and technology.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead business analysis for initiatives including
** new product enablement, model enhancements, and regulatory programs
*** Translate business needs into
** clear requirements and functional specifications
*** Partner with
** trading desks, risk, finance, and technology teams
** to drive alignment
* Support
** impact assessments, planning-phase analysis, and estimation activities
*** Produce high-quality artifacts (BRDs, process flows, executive summaries)
* Support
** UAT, governance, and delivery execution
**** Requirements
* ** 7–10+ years of business analysis experience in
** Capital Markets
*** Strong knowledge of
** Futures, Fixed Income, or derivatives products
*** Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle, valuation, and risk
* Proven ability to manage
** complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
*** Excellent communication skills with experience supporting
** senior stakeholders
*** Experience with front-to-back trade lifecycle and delivery frameworks (Agile/Hybrid)
* Familiarity with systems such as ION-XTP, Calypso, Murex, or equivalent is an asset
* Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models preferred
