In this role, you’ll provide oversight of key treasury functions, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining strong internal controls. The ideal candidate has a strong client-service mindset and at least eight years of finance operations experience in a professional services setting. You will champion the development of treasury team members and lead important operational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer accounts payable and cash receipts processes
• Enhance compliance with Law Society regulations
• Develop cash management and liquidity optimization strategies
• Mentor treasury team members for effective performance
• Drive process improvements across treasury operations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in accounting or related field
• A minimum of eight years in treasury or finance operations
• Relevant CPA designation is favorable
• Proven experience managing financial teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
