In this pivotal Senior Controller position, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and oversee all financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial reporting systems

• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts

• Analyze profitability and identify improvements

• Supervise payroll and manage cash flow risk

• Conduct training programs for accounting standards

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant financial experience

• Accounting designation preferred

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing
