As part of the Finance Transformation team, the Senior Manager will oversee client projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality financial strategies and operating models.
Your role involves developing solutions for finance optimization while managing teams and fostering client relationships as a trusted advisor. You will drive performance and continuous improvement across various financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Finance Transformation client engagements
• Organize staffing and track project budgets
• Build internal relationships within consulting services
• Mentor and coach team members effectively
• Participate in business development initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of consulting experience
• Desired designations: MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, CGA
• Experience in project management and finance transformation
• Familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
