Contracts and Billing Operations Lead

Take charge as the Contracts and Billing Operations Lead, overseeing critical financial processes across contracts and invoicing. Engage with various teams to enhance service levels and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Sales, Dispatch, and Finance to resolve issues and strengthen operational execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline billing and shipping processes

• Administer customer agreements and ensure compliance

• Manage end-to-end invoicing for all customer types

• Address billing discrepancies with timely credit and rebill actions

• Analyze performance using Power BI for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field

• Background in contract administration and revenue controls

• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE)

• Leadership in team development and management

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
