This role requires keen attention to detail and proficiency in handling large datasets for optimal reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead renter increase processes and manage community support

• Prepare and verify monthly billing reports for accuracy

• Resolve inquiries related to resident changes

• Prepare annual tax receipts and ensure compliance

• Conduct internal audits for financial integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or finance experience

• Proficient in accounting principles

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to manage priorities effectively

• Experience with Yardi is advantageous
