This role offers exposure to corporate tax and intricate financial regulations.

You will report to the Director of Tax, contributing to tax compliance functions across diverse entities. With 1-3 years of corporate tax experience, you will prepare income tax returns, indirect filings, and respond to tax authorities. Collaborating with finance and accounting teams, you will enhance your skills within this dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare corporate income tax returns and trust tax filings

• File indirect tax returns, including GST/HST and QST

• Assist in crafting tax provisions and schedules

• Review tax authority correspondence and audit responses

• Collaborate on tax planning initiatives and special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• CPA in progress with interest in In-Depth Tax Course

• 1-3 years of corporate tax experience

• Knowledge of Canadian tax compliance

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
