Reporting to the AVP
- Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a CPA with a minimum of five years’ experience in the insurance sector, equipped with strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly financial packages for both US and Canadian operations

• Perform quality control and reconciliation of financial data

• Engage with internal teams for effective reporting

• Provide essential support during external audits

• Coach and develop team members for enhanced performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar

• Chartered Professional Accountant designation preferred

• 5+ years in property and casualty accounting

• Profound knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

• Strong communication and management skills
