BMO Private Wealth & Trust is looking for an experienced Senior Trust Officer responsible for managing complex fiduciary accounts and nurturing high-level client relationships.

Your role will include offering technical guidance, analyzing strategic opportunities, and ensuring compliance across client interactions. Leverage your market insights and analytical skills as you contribute to the overall growth and effectiveness of the Private Wealth branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee fiduciary accounts effectively

• Develop new business and enhance existing relationships

• Provide technical support and training for team members

• Act as a liaison for clients and internal stakeholders

• Prepare strategic proposals for new business initiatives

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in trust administration required

• Must possess Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) Certification

• Extensive knowledge of trust accounting processes needed

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

• Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills required
