Position: Analyst for UPP Finance Operations
Support UPP’s Finance Operations team as an Analyst, focusing on process improvement and analytical support in a collaborative hybrid work model. Your insights will drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The Analyst position reports to the Associate Director and plays a critical role in managing procurement activities and vendor relationships. You will help streamline processes, ensure compliance with SOPs, and carry out vendor validations. Responsibilities include financial reconciliations and monitoring cash contribution schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage procurement requests to ensure timely operations

• Keep the vendor arrangement repository regularly updated

• Refine SOPs to align with regulatory expectations

• Prepare schedules for external audits and financial statements

• Automate accounts payable processes for greater efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint essential

• At least two years of relevant professional experience

• Solid analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience in supply chain management is a plus
