Associate Investment Analyst

NADG, a leader in real estate with over $6 billion in assets, seeks a motivated Associate for its Investments team at Don Mills and Eglinton. The role involves building complex financial models, conducting due diligence, and collaborating across various business units. You will ensure operational and financial success of investments throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build dynamic financial models using Excel and ARGUS

• Conduct detailed due diligence on potential acquisitions

• Prepare internal and external investment memorandums

• Monitor asset performance and prepare regular updates

• Assist in preparing investor reporting materials

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Economics, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in real estate private equity

• Advanced financial modeling skills and ability to underwrite investments

• Strong understanding of transaction cycles and due diligence

• Proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise preferred
