CI Financial is seeking a Client Services Associate who will engage with both internal and external stakeholders to offer outstanding assistance to Financial Advisors. With 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, your role involves managing inquiries, facilitating documentation, and processing transactions efficiently. You'll cultivate relationships with advisors to enhance their operations and ensure their trust in your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support advisors in handling complex inquiries and processes

• Collaborate with back office staff for seamless operations

• Process financial transactions with precision and compliance

• Raise, track, and escalate client and operational issues

• Employ creative thinking for unique client inquiries

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ client service experience in financial services

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field

• Industry academic qualifications (ex. CSC, CPH)

• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Calm and service-oriented in high-volume environments
