Director of SOX and Internal Controls

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the SOX business process control framework for all entities

• Lead risk assessments and implement business control designs

• Drive remediation of SOX control deficiencies

• Provide detailed SOX reports to CAO and CFO

Requirements:

• 13+ years in relevant SOX and risk management roles

• Strong grasp of SOX guidelines and COSO framework

• Relevant certifications such as CPA or CIA

• Proven leadership in tech-driven financial sectors

• Experience with control automation and analytics tools
