The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. The program offers a strong foundation in financial planning, relationship building, and client discovery‑skills that are highly valued in Advisory careers. We welcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds who are eager to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

  • You’re completing an undergraduate or master’s degree by January 2027, or you are a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and have developed a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
  • You’re excited about building a long‑term career in Wealth Advisory.
  • You’re naturally curious, thoughtful, and collaborative, and you enjoy solving problems that matter to people.
  • You’re adaptable, open to feedback, and motivated to grow.
  • You remain positive and resilient when faced with challenges.
  • You have strong communication and relationship management skills; the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative client and internal/external partner relationships.
  • You are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • You’re entrepreneurial‑minded and energized by helping clients navigate important life decisions in a sales advisory capacity.
  • You can demonstrate an ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus.
  • You keep current on issues affecting the financial affairs of clients, including a general knowledge of income tax, investment trends and products, as well as any other issues impacting clients.
  • You are interested in client meeting preparation, drafting post‑meeting notes and identifying next opportunities, gathering and inputting financial data resulting from discovery conversations.
  • You are interested in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans and specific investment strategies based on MD Management developed and managed optimal portfolio ranges.
