Responsibilities- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly position and P&L reports, monitor limits, and report to Front Office, Senior Management, and Head Offices to monitor preassigned product limits.
- Follow up and report excess exposures, including margin call balances for Repo activity.
- Monitor exposures against Head Office counterpart credit lines and treasury trading positions.
- Update limits in FXAT, OVS, IMPACT, Electronic Trading (Refinitiv) and other systems as needed for counterpart market credit lines.
- Obtain and input valuation data such as rates and exchange rates from third‑party or OVS sources into respective systems.
- Review credit documentation and summarise key terms for limit setting, credit control, and analysis.
- Set up control based on credit agreement terms for daily monitoring.
- Track approved credits via the bank’s credit system and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Monitor pending documents, follow up on pending items, and report daily status to the manager.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual reports for accounting, risk management, and head office.
- Register and maintain loans and events in the respective systems.
- Escalate past‑due items or overdraft facilities to the direct manager.
- Produce and submit accurate regulatory data, including DTCC “jurisdiction” information.
- Support Middle Office, Operations, and branch wide initiatives and projects.
- Minimum 1–3 years of banking middle‑office experience supporting Treasury and Credit related products and processes.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury products (Debt, Repos, Forex Spot/Forward/Swap, derivatives, deposits, loans) and credit facilities management.
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak to all levels and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong time‑management, organization, and software skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visual Basic, and Power BI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel macros and Power BI; business analysis experience is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to sensitive timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
