Overview

Our client, a high-growth, multi-location Canadian organization, is seeking multiple Senior Financial Analysts to join its expanding FP&A team. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to directly impact business performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze monthly results and provide insight into key business drivers
• Partner directly with operational leaders to support decision-making and financial accountability
• Develop financial models and business cases to support operational initiatives
• Perform detailed OPEX and CAPEX analysis
• Analyze operational KPIs and performance metrics
• Identify risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects

• 3+ years of FP&A, operational finance, or business partnering experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities
• Experience supporting operational stakeholders and frontline business leaders
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience working with ERP systems and large datasets
