Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure requests are processed efficiently and accurately

• Handle transactions offering same day service expectations

• Adhere to compliance procedures with custodians

• Build strong relationships with internal departments

• Address internal inquiries professionally and expediently

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education is mandatory

• Experience with Mutual Funds considered an asset

• 2+ years in a related role is preferred

• Industry-related courses an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
