Tax Manager | $105,000 – $125,000 + Bonus | Toronto (Hybrid)

A lot of tax roles promise “complex work.”

You’d be joining a growing Tax Advisory Group within one of Toronto’s leading independent CPA firms, working with publicly listed entities, private companies, and entrepreneurial businesses across Canada and internationally.

Not just preparing returns.

Helping clients navigate transactions, reorganizations, planning opportunities, and strategic tax decisions that actually matter.

You’ll work closely with Partners, lead client engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of a collaborative, high‑performing tax team.

• Hybrid working with only two in-office days per week.
• Exposure to public companies, private businesses, and complex tax planning work.
• A nationally recognised firm with over 140 public company audits annually.
• Strong mentorship, progression, and hands‑on development.
• A high‑performance culture without the bureaucracy of larger firms.

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• CPA designated with In-Depth Tax or MTax completed/in progress.
• Strong exposure to tax compliance and planning.
• Experience with reorganizations, transactions, or tax research is an asset.
• Someone commercially minded who enjoys advisory work and client interaction.
