Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly reporting and variance analyses of financial KPIs

• Communicate financial forecasts, budgets, and analyses

• Drive automation and operational efficiencies in FP&A

• Manage complex financial data presentations for global teams

Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business required

• Preferred CPA designation or MBA

• Strong financial modeling skills; SAP, Power BI experience

• Highly curious, proactive problem-solving mindset
