Position: Funds Finance Manager Contract
Join Vaco by Highspring as a Finance Manager specializing in funds in the Greater Toronto Area.

This role offers a unique 21-month contract to manage financial operations and reporting.

As the Finance Manager, you will handle all aspects of the fund administration and ensure accurate reporting of financial information. Collaborating with the Director of Fund Administration and investment teams, you will utilize your CPA skills to manage investor relations and oversee key financial transactions. This role demands acute attention to detail, prioritization skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational aspects of the fund, including credit facilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages quarterly

• Facilitate investment valuation in compliance with ASPE

• Lead annual audits and prepare necessary documentation

• Assist with tax kit development and HST filings

Requirements:

• CPA designation is essential

• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and Investran

• Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach

• Strong proactive problem-solving capabilities

• Must live in Greater Toronto Area
