• Support brokered financings and dealer coordination

• Maintain transaction documentation and pipeline tracking

• Execute daily inventory management and reconciliations

Requirements:

• 5+ years in financial services; 2+ years in capital markets

• Experience with Investment Advisors and compliance

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

• Familiarity with Dataphile and NIAD is an asset
